As healthcare professionals we experience situations daily that can affect our mental health including:
The worst thing is, we don't want to admit it because we're afraid of what impact it might have on our role, our reputation, our career. It's not okay for us not to be okay. There's a lot at stake. No wonder we find it so hard to ask for help.
Deciding to seek psychotherapy services and then choosing a psychotherapist that you are comfortable opening up to can feel daunting. I know, because I’ve been there too. Hopefully I can assist you on your journey.
What should you probably know about me:
"Ciara was empathetic, kind, practical, providing a non-judgemental listening ear and reflection on an ongoing issue I was having. The deep conversations and insights we shared always felt comfortable and at times ground-breaking for me. She had innate understanding, using practical tools and visualisations to get me through.
Working with Ciara has changed the trajectory of my life in many ways, helping me see my issue in a new way. I felt she was professional at all times, knowledgeable, trusting and supportive on my journey. I would happily return to her as a client, and recommend her to my friends and colleagues alike."

"Ciara is an incredibly talented lady that I have benefited immensely from. It was so easy to comfortably connect with her. The trust and respect I was shown has helped me move forward in so many areas. Thank you so much Ciara."
- Marie
"I sought Ciara's guidance after hitting a brick wall, both in my career and family life. As a health professional I was very comforted by her expertise and understanding of the stressors. I responded well to Ciara's unique methods of communication. I am grateful for the guidance and support to help me make the changes to support a healthier life balance."
- Sasha
"Ciara is incredible. She has a wonderful persona; she is genuine, empathetic, she has the ability to make you feel safe, she feels what you feel and importantly, I have never once felt judged. Ciara listens, she really listens to what is being said and allows you to take the session wherever it needs to go. She has helped me to reframe some of the unhealthy thoughts I’ve experienced and she is continuing to support me in my own healing process/journey. I hope others can connect with Ciara the way I have."
